Subject:japanese mixed metal pen holder

hi
i have some japanese mixed metal items and the secund one is this pen holder with mixed silver and gold , it is around 20 cm in high and it is signed in japanese , i wanted to know if any one can please help me to read the signature.

the signature reads 'Ishiguro Yoshiharu saku' (made by Ishiguro Yoshiharu), late Edo to Meiji period.
