Would anyone have an idea as to who this woodblock artist is?

There are three characters in the middle left margin. The middle character appears to be RYO.

Can't make out the last character.

You don't give a size so I'm going to start guessing fast and furiously. I assume this is a page from an ehon/book. See the link below and follow the trail to other responses I wrote abut this subject.

This looks 1850ish to me.
