Subject:Unidentified Japanese/Chineese painting, said to be early or mid 1900

Hello! Some years ago I bought this painting from an online swedish auction house for about 25$. Description was " Unidentified Japanese/Chineese painting, said to be early or mid 1900" I really like the painting and now im trying to find out what the text says and who the painter is. And maybee if you guys have some more info. Please See all 3 pictures. Thanks.

I would say Japanese (theme at least) and probably a print (woodblock). You should check Japanese woodblock artists and compare the signature with seal.
