Subject:Can Anyone Translate Signature on Tokyo School Bronze Kannon?

Can anyone translate the signature on this Tokyo School bronze Kannon? It’s just under 14 ½ inches tall and appears to be circa 1890s. Any information would be greatly appreciated.

Mark reads down as Mitsuhisa Saku. See link to a Bonham's auction result for a Meiji-period bronzesmith of this name.

Best regards,

The signature reads 'Mitsuhisa saku' (光久作 - Made by Mitsuhisa).
