Im at a loss at what these say. Any help would be appreciated.

The decorative fan has a common calligraphic new year blessing, "Every year a surplus" (Nian nian you yu - 年年有余), the last character being a variant of 馀, also pronounced "yu". I'll defer to others on the red seal in carver's script.

Your contemporary teapot mark reads down and across from the top right in seal script as "China, Yixing - Zhongguo Yixing - 中國宜興), the place where it was made.
