It is a guei bi,
A cross between two jade rank symbols of office/sacrificial objects that were used from the chinese bronze age (Although they had earlier roots)
These deviations from the standard circular bi and gui began in the warring states ...
This however is modern...

Certainly not a copy of chinese money...Money had square central piercings for a start
