this tea canister looks like kangxi made, does somebody agree ?

Could this be delftware? Note the edge friting showing what appears to be brown earthenware.

I suspect that "brown" can be cleaned and the caddy is from Kangxi period indeed.

Nice! The fritting on the shoulders is absolutely typical for period - I have a Kangxi caddy myself. The shade of blue looks good too.

There is something awkward about the design, especially the little fella with a sketchy sort of face and a weird pose. I also think the design is more jumbled than I like.

But I suppose not every painter from the period could be competent.
