Subject:Blue and black ceramic vase

Hi!
I got this vase today from my grand parents. They say it is a valuable vase that belonged to my great grand father. I think it is asian because of the markings on the bottom. Can anyone confirm this or tell me more about the vase, how old it is and where it comes from?
