Subject:Three Colour woodcuts of Hiroshige
Posted By: wasbach Sun, Aug 17, 2014 IP: 80.134.11.78

Hi everybody,
I'm interested to know which printer and when these Hiroshige woodcuts were printed.
I bought three woodcuts „Mariko – the Famous Teahouse“, „Autumn Moon over Tama River“ and „Shono“ from „The 53 Stations of the Tokaido (Hoeido)“, size each appr. 8.75" x 13.5".
They probably are relatively new and I wonder if there is a Printer's stamp – a little bit faded? Unfortunately I can't read these stamps.
Can – and will – anybody help me?
Thanks for every answer.
Best regards
Michael
