Posted By: rat Mon, Sep 01, 2014 seems Chinese or maybe Korean, apparently dated the cyclical year equivalent to 1978, by a Li Wei?shi 李未石, who uses the pen name Suxin 素心. The character I am reading Wei could also possibly be Mo 末, or even Zhu 朱, I am not certain.
