Can anyone help me with information about this vase ? It is about 12" high.

I believe this may be a misfired mark of "Produced by Watahira" (綿平生 - Watahira Sei), but I'm a bit uncertain as to the last character. This "Sei" can mean "to produce" in combination with other characters, but I've just never run across it in a Japanese mark until now and wonder if I'm misreading it. Maybe Arjan can come to the rescue yet again.
