Small plate I found at local Flea market. Please any help identifying maker and year

Hi Buddy,

For sure.... Japanese Arita porcelain.
The top right characters reads "Arita".
Not sure about the left characters. It could be "Tetsu Saburo sei". I did find a plate with a simular border but that one was partly printed (with a newer technic than transferprinting). This makes me think it was made later on in the 20th. century.

I tend to read it as 'Arita/Tsutajirô saku" (有田/蔦二郎作).

Hi Guy,

After posting I all ready noticed myself that I wrote sei and was wrong about that. It's saku. The rest.... I don't know.
