Can anyone tell me what the mark on this plate means? Thank you.

The blurred rubber-stamped mark on your late 20th century decorative dish with "Eight Treasures of Buddhism" (Ba Bao) motif and a Chinese unicorn (Qilin) in the center seems to say "Made During the Qianlong Reign" (Qianlong Nian Zhi).

Best regards,

Bill H.

the stamped mark reads "qianlong nian zhi", meaning "made during the Qianlong reign" (1736-1795), but this plate was made quite recently. The photo shows the mark upside down.
