Subject:publisher block print interpretation

Purchased a block print of 'In the Mountains of Totomi Province' by Hokusai Katsushika. Can anyone read the publishers block print on the back to tell me which publisher this print was made and possibly when.

Ron,

The seal on your Hokusai print appears to be that of Takamizawa (firm from 1911-1988 or later). I couldn't find anything about when this particular seal was used, but you can find another copy of it here (fourth on the list):
