Strange, no Meiji tray is going to be cast with a mark that reads "Made during the Great Qing Dynasty" on the back, since that's Chinese.

Thank you, Although the back is Chinese, the front characters look different, it has been suggested as Korean. Any thoughts or translation?

The whole thing is Chinese and recently made. The characters on the front are just written in an archaic script type. The image comes from a popular Chinese martial novel called Romance of the Three Kingdoms and illustrates a scene of 3 heroes battling a general named Lu Bu.
