Posted By: rat Wed, Oct 15, 2014 Strange, no Meiji tray is going to be cast with a mark that reads "Made during the Great Qing Dynasty" on the back, since that's Chinese. |

Posted By: Ben Thu, Oct 16, 2014 Thank you, Although the back is Chinese, the front characters look different, it has been suggested as Korean. Any thoughts or translation? |

Posted By: rat Fri, Oct 17, 2014 The whole thing is Chinese and recently made. The characters on the front are just written in an archaic script type. The image comes from a popular Chinese martial novel called Romance of the Three Kingdoms and illustrates a scene of 3 heroes battling a general named Lu Bu. |
