Japanese: ShoKo or SeiKo
Chinese: ZhengGuang

It reads ZhengGuang in Chinese. Dont know about Japanese.

This item is currently on sale at eBay with a complete description, with the same images and mention of the artist....?

These kanji characters 正光 appear to be pronounced "Masamitsu" (see link), though there's no guarantee that they are not being copied by an artist who worked at a different time than the one responsible for the sculpture shown at the link.

Thank you for all your knowledgeable information.
I am the one selling the item on eBay and want to be as accurate as possible in its identification. The signature does seem to match the signature of Masamitsu Kikuchi, who is know for his work in metals.
