Can anyone ID these symbols and the seal?

The artist's name, yes, the seal, no. Post photos of the picture please.

Did you need the back as well?

I finally took it out of the frame so I could get a good picture.

thanks very much for the picture, it's a lovely painting, though now I feel a bit dopey because I can't pin it down. The artist is signed as Lin Qing (林青), though I do not see references to a painter by this name. The style seems to me to be a very attractive pastiche of Song, Yuan, and Ming elements but can't tell that it was painted any earlier than within the last couple of decades from your photos.

Thank You Rat, I truly appreciate the info. Just by providing the artist's name it should enable me to find out more about this painting. Regarding feeling dopey I can empathize with you. Unfortunately as I've gotten older I actually have become dopier. As a matter of fact it was only yesterday that I spent about half an hour looking for my sun glasses only to realize they were on my head. Not too long ago, it would only have taken 10 minutes.
Thank You again, and if I find out anything further, I would be more than happy to post it.
