Hello,
I have recently decided to look up on this vase I had for some time, unfortunetly i can't tell from what i've found on the internet. I would love to hear your expert opinion and also , if possible , a potential value of the item.
Thank you very much.

Hi Nana

Sorry but your vase is not ming but rather a very ordinary piece made in China from around 1900-1940. They are quite common and turn up frequently on this site. They are characterized by a crackle glaze and the brown/copper bands and distinctive markings on the base. The decoration is usually that of warriors in battle. Value wise they are not popular so enjoy it as it stands.
