Subject:jade bixie waterpot
Posted By: leilee Tue, Nov 18, 2014 IP: 203.122.240.165 Hi got this interesting piece of jade water pot recently . It has a character Chen on the stopper, could be the owner's name . Don't think there is any recorded jade carver with this name. This beast has 3 claw and looks like a dragon head and a bixie body. Was used as a ink pot by recent owners as there is plenty of dried up western blue ink in it, which i have washed out. |
