The mark reads down from the top right as "Imitation (of ware) made during the Qianlong Reign. However, this isn't the case, since the figures are all shown in Japanese costume on made-in-China vases no older than the late 20th century

If you will do an eBay search of sold items using the keyword "Royal Satsuma" you will find similar items. Also here's a Live Auctioneers result for a 43-inch high jar that sold last year for US$100.

The mark said it all clear, it is a copy of the qianlong reign ware.

Japanese ware. Marks says "Made for the imitation of QianLong Reign" -George W
