Posted By: rat Thu, Dec 04, 2014 not by well-known artists. The landscape has the seal 歐 "Ou", which is unusual on its own, normally appearing in Chinese names as part of the surname Ouyang, which doesn't seem to be the case here. Alone, the character refers variously to Europe, to vomiting, or to singing. The inscription is again the the Ou character followed perhaps by 文. Together the two characters are perhaps meant to be Chinese pronunciation for the English name "Owen". |
