I am being offered three (3) wonderfully painted (inside) glass? snuff bottles and was hoping to find out if they were of the commercial variety or something much better (I have seen ranges of anywhere from about $20.00 to thousands each!)

I was hoping someone else would answer your question. I have some snuff bottles and some experience with them.

These look to me to be of the commercial variety. It looks like they have never seen snuff (and snuff bottles are called that for reason). Their value is decorative only.
