Subject:Japanese floor vase (Imari?)

Hello all
I've had a vase in the family since early 70's, when my nan was given it by her friend.
Really curious on what type of vase it is & origin, suspect it to be Imari, but acutely aware I am a rank amateur on this so apols in advance
It stands 30 inches & I've attached 2 pics for your perusal..

The first character seems to be malformed. I read the signature as 'Hisatomi sei' (久冨製 - made by Hisatomi).
