Subject:Tosa (?) School Japanese Hanging Scroll

Hi!
I recently acquired this kakejiku depicting 'Ishi Makura', or the story of the stone pillow, and I am just trying to find out a little more about it.
I think it is Tosa school?
I have tried to decipher the seal, but I am not getting anywhere fast, so I was wondering if someone might be able to take a look and offer an opinion?
There is also a further panel of 3 kanji on the reverse.
