Artist: Utagawa Hiroshige II (1829-69)
Signature: 'Shigenobu ga'
Series: Edo meisho (Famous places in Edo)
Depicted place: Yushima Tenjin (The Tenjin shrine at Yushima park)
Publisher: Yamaguchiya Tobei
Date of publication: 11th month 1858

Your print is an original in good condition, with full margins and slightly faded colors (especially the reds).

The signature is that of Hiroshige. It looks like an early signature (say 1830s). I'll try to do a little research when I get some time.

In this condition, somewhere in the range of 100 to 200$ I guess. In pristine, unfaded condition, much more.
