I have 10 different woodblocks in this collection and am interested in selling them. Any advise? More detailed photos are linked here.

Don't have permission to view photos. Are they originals or copies? What series are they from?

Cheers,
Stan

The are originals and from Modern Noted Views of Tokyo. I think I have fixed the viewing issue with google :)

The print is signed both by Hiroshige III (1842-94) and Kuniaki II (1835-88).
From the series 'Kaimei Tokyo meisho' (Modern noted views of Tokyo), published by Okura Magobe ca 1881.

Note also that the paper of your print was creped (compressed), a common practice and fashion in early Meiji times. Such print is called a 'chirimen-e' (crepe print).

Guy.

Apparently, I should have asked: Which Hiroshige? Your prints are by Hiroshige III and Kuniaki II and date from circa 1881. They have been creped.

I found no examples from your series of prints. But on artelino.com, Hiroshige III prints typically range from $50 to $150 with a few going higher. Your prints are in excellent condition and would probably be at the higher end of that range.

Cheers,
Stan
