This is a modern (late 20th-21st) transfer-decorated vase with apocryphal mark of "Made during the Qianlong Reign of the Great Qing Dynasty". Since so many people continue to buy them before asking the question you've posed here, the vase is obviously worth something, but only in the decorative sense. You should be able to get a fix on the value by searching eBay using the keywords "Chinese Baluster Base"

Best regards,

Bill H.
