Good day. I was needing assistance in identifying dinner plates.

Appears to be a late 20th century decorative pattern, possibly meant to resemble the Qing "millefleurs" motif but in muddy colors suggestive of transfer decoration rather than hand-painting. Not really enough info provided to guesstimate whether your dishes might be products of China, Japan, Korea or some other country.

Best regards,

Bill H.

P.S., three images of one side don't tell any more than one.

Thank bill , I had problems adding pictures with my phone . Didn't realize I had posted it till it was to late . I will add picture of back. I figured they were 20th century dinner plates since I have a set if 8 but I just wanted to double check .
Many thanks - Arletta

Sorry, the fone foto fuzz-factor is too great to read the mark. You really should take care to avoid eating off any Chinese dinner plate until you can determine whether they were made before the advent of warning labels in the early 1970s regarding lead content in ceramic glazes.

Best regards,

Bill H.
