Any information regarding this piece of art would be greatly appreciated.
I have no idea what these are called or where to begin my research on these. I have 2 of these and they have slightly different colors and unique features. They definitely seem hand done and are very detailed and unique.

Any information you may have to offer would be great.

Yes hand done but no real value, Done for the tourist market, chinese 4 claw dragon, 1980's and phoenix bird. looks like it was framed at one time.
