Subject:Please Help, identify markings on vase

hello can anyone help me with the age, markings, history,and possible value of this vase I came across and had to buy,
Anyone know what the markings say?

The photo is somewhat unfocused, but I'm almost certain this inscription can be read in Mandarin as "Song Hong Yan Nian - 松鶴延年 - Cranes in pines extend longevity". However, this doesn't mean that the vase is Chinese, as the auspicious saying is found in Japanese and Korean as well. The vase looks like it is transfer-decorated, which usually means 20th century, but hard to say how early or late from the limited perspectives provided.
