Subject:Do these Chinese Porcelain pieces look of Period to Mark? Please Help
Posted By: Abraham Gadley Tue, Feb 17, 2015 IP: 208.54.32.168 I was left a large collection of chinese porcelain among other things by my great grandmother. I think they are beautiful, but would like a better understanding to what I am holding. Please help if you can. |

Posted By: rat Wed, Feb 18, 2015 I salute you for your organizational skills and the effort you put into the photography and presentation, but unfortunately almost all of these are recently made decorative pieces. K (the small round covered saucer) seems to lack the imperial aspirations of the other pieces but could also be very recently made. It is meant as a seal paste container I think, but if unused is likely of contemporary make. The small cup M though seems ok and worth looking into further as a good vintage cup. |
