My grandfather and grandmother got these in China in the 70s. Can anyone help identify the artist? Many thanks!!!

Where does it say the artist's name is Chang Da Buxing? The signature clearly states Ling Wen Xie 令闻寫－Written (painted) by Ling Wen.

The first seal has Shi (clan) 氏 as the first character, a clearer larger image would make reading easier. Similarly, the second seal could be easier to read, although the first character is clearly Ling 令.

The style of painting is possibly similar to that of Zhang Da Qian, but neither the signature, the calligraphic style nor the seals appear to say he might be the artist.

Please give more information to support your idea.

Possibly by Gu Linwen 顧(顾)麟文 (1912-1970), who signed the picture using the art name Lingwen 令闻.
