This is a contemporary image, probably no older than the fourth quarter of the 20th century. In Mandarin, the mark reads "Yangcheng Wuchen Nian Zhi" (羊城戊辰年製), translatable as "Made in Guangzhou [a.k.a. 'Yangcheng'] during the Wuchen Year". This Chinese cyclical date last rolled around in our calendar year 1988.

Your figure appears to be wearing a Manchu-style hat but otherwise doesn't look to be clad in the usual imperial robes. A number of Qing emperors sported moustaches, so identification of a particular one would be difficult, at least for me, in the absence of any other attributes. Sometimes such images come in sets depicting all three "High Qing" emperors, Kangxi, Yongzheng and Qianlong. This makes it a bit easier to discern who's who.

I've pasted links below to previous forum queries concerning this mark.

Best regards,

Bill H.
