Dated 1924 or 1984, beginning of the mid winter month,

The seal reads 六十一翁 "61 old man", presumable the age of the artist.

The date at the left of the signature reads 'Genji kigen kinoe-ne chûtô nenohi' (Genji era, first year of the 60-year cycle of the Chinese zodiac, midwinter, New Year's day). IMO this should coincide with the beginning of Genji period on February 8th 1864.

If have difficulties in reading the first characters of both signature and seal (= is character not read):
- signature: =山拝寫 (=zan, painted with reverence),
- seal: =翁 (=ô)

Guy.
