Subject:It's an authentic Qianlong - China VASE
Posted By: TomG Thu, Mar 12, 2015 IP: 95.160.69.205

I would appreciate any advice on my new beautiful decoratad Chinese Qianlong Nian Zhi Vase. My new purchase, just won ;-)
The quality seems quite nice to me, whether it's an authentic Qianlong or 1900 qianlong replica/Early Peoples Republic period ?
Lovely, tiny and thin delicate porcelain vase with beautiful hand made paints, dimensions: H: slightly below 17 cm / 7in, the red Qianlong Qing red seal marks on the bottom.

Any comment would be appreciated. Thanks in advance.

Much obliged

TomG.

This looks to be a Republic Period Vase and definitely not Qianlong.

Nice piece.

that's a 20th century stamp. The first character (upper right) seems to have some errors for being Qianlong. The artwork of the women's faces was commonly seen in the 1960's.

I thought that although beautiful careful painting can not be Qianlong.
I hope, however, that some of the earlier e.g. Republic of China ;-)
