I recently purchased the pictured Chinese fan. Can anyone help me with identifying the artist, translation and or any other information? I was told it may be the artist Wu Changshuo. Any help will be greatly appreciated. Thank you for your time in this matter.

Pretty. Looks more Japanese to me.

To me it looks like you have an imitation Wu Changshuo picture or possibly a reproduction along the lines of something sold in a museum shop. The inscription and the seal purport to be by Wu and dated to 1915, however neither the handwriting, composition, nor brushstrokes seem his. The large seal in the right corner (and the printed line down the left side) is not his but meant as a collector's seal, but perhaps actually the vendor of the fan (I can't make out the whole thing).
