Subject:Huanghuali wood???
Posted By: visitorfromokc405 Sun, Mar 29, 2015 IP: 68.12.125.249 Can anyone tell me what type of wood this is? There's not a lot of the natural wood surface exposed, but it has some of the qualities of huanghuali, particularly the translucent surface. The link is a slideshow with more images. I have been told that it's an Asian hardwood, and I haven't found any images of wood that match the color, grain, etc. more closely than the huanghuali. Any suggestions?
