Subject:Please Help Identify This Print
Posted By: taljp Mon, Apr 06, 2015 IP: 76.252.152.176

Can anyone please help identify the artist who created this print that I recently acquired, the title of the print, and the publication date? Any help would be greatly appreciated.

You'll find this print at the Boston MFA interesting:

http://www.mfa.org/collections/object/parody-of-the-akashi-chapter-evening-moon-at-takanawa-mitate-akashi-takanawa-no-yuzuki-from-the-series-famous-places-in-edo-and-murasakis-genji-edo-murasaki-meisho-genji-252220

The middle elements of the print are the same but the top and bottom of the print are very different. Don't ask me what this means.

Cheers,
Stan
