Can someone help me identify and put a value on this bronze bowl? thanks

The mark reads 'Toun iru' (渡雲鋳 - casted by Toun) followed by a 'kakihan'.
The artist is the late Edo - early Meiji era metalworker Kimura Toun, pupil of Murata Seimin.
This is early Meiji metalwork from the 1870s with a paulownia pattern, not made for export.
