From what I found out last night this is Hosoda Eishi, but may be a 20th century re carving, Does this sound correct?
Many Thanks.

The seal on the lower left says "Uchida Han" and is the mark of Uchida Publishing, founded in the early 20th century. So, yeah, this is a reproduction...

Your print is of a geisha from Hosoda Eishi's series "Seiro Geisha Erami". I was unable to identify the geisha. Your print looks to be a later reproduction.

Cheers,
Stan
