Is it possible that instead of being
水天青暉, it is

水天春暉

while it is possible that 青 (celadon, blue) can be used with 暉 (sunshine, sunlight), I have rarely seen them used together this way while 春暉 (spring sunlight) used together is quite common.

So if that is the case, it may be translated as the sky and water were filled with the Spring sunlight. Of course, I can be wrong.

Super,Thank you very much for your correction.
Because it's similar, two cursive letters(春 and 青) are easy to mistake.
Yes, It's Spring 春, not 青 blue.
