Subject:Chinese Bronze Ritual Plate - please help identify mark

At least that's what I'm going it. It is a bronze plate/dish that has a lighting bolt design. It is also marked on its base. It measures approximately 5" across and an 1" in height. the base is 2". Can someone please tell me what it is, it age and what the marking reads. Thank you

This is Japanese, not Chinese, commemorating a dam or some sort of hydropower in Toyama prefecture, dated to the 9th year of the Taisho reign period, which should be 1920. Try reposting as Japanese see if some of the Japan experts weigh in.

The characters read down and across from the right in three stacks as:

富山縣 - Toyama Prefecture
水電記念 - Commemoration of Hydroelectric Power
大正九年 - Taisho Year Nine

The ninth year of the Taisho reign was 1920.
