Subject:Heavy Large Bronze Chinese Vase, Need Help!

This is my second finding last Saturday. It's heavy and large, approx. 50 cm tall and 17 cm top. Also doesn't have a bottom.Need help please.

This is an example of champlevé, most likely Japanese and made with a base that was easily knocked out to accommodate turning the piece into a lamp. Similar products were being produced circa 1900 and later.
