Subject:silk screen print

I was wondering if anyone could tell me if this is worth anything? I found this in a drawer from a house we bought years ago and just hung on to it. I know it is probably at least 45 years old. There also is some kind of signature on the left side but I do not know what it says. It's either in Chinese or Japenese and don't know the language. The first picture is the print and the second one is the signature on the side.
