Subject:Help identifying chinese ceramic mark

the mark says it's from the Yongzheng reign period during the Qing dynasty but the bowl seems to date from the 20th century.

I believe the characters may actually read in Mandarin as "Made by Luo Zhengshu" (Luo Zheng Shu Zhi - 羅正属製). I'm not certain about the character "shu", but the others are more recognizable. For what it's worth, I found the name on a list of Korean names, though it used one of three variant forms of the character "shu". Nothing turned up on Google to indicate any connection between the mark (as I've read it) and Chinese porcelain.
