Subject:Need Help Translating Artist Name

I bought an absolutely lovely painting from an estate sale a few years back, but unfortunately I know nothing about it.

I don't anticipate I've bought anything terribly fancy, but it would be WONDERFUL if someone could please translate the artist's name on the painting for me. I'm not sure if all characters are the name or if perhaps it is also the title of the painting or something else entirely.

Any help would be wonderful. Thank you so much!!

The signature appears to be 莊 寬 ZHUANG KUAN. I can't make out the seal.
