Subject:Please help to identify the mark of H.H.P on porcelain.

Dear Sir,

I have a porcelain set has mark under each pcs is H.H.P. There is a geisha head (Japanese woman) on the bottom of the cup. I'm wondering if they had made by Chinese or Japanese maker? Please help me identify the mark.

Thank you very much

Anna

Japanese dragonware. Lithopane of geisha on base. Moriage decoration technique. Dragonware made since the late 19th century. H.H.P. with a wreath mark puts it most likely in the 1950's.

Hi Anna, I think this is a vintage dragonware tea set. I can see Kutani(Japan) Geisha Girl mark and probably H.P. used for Hand Painted and H for Hayasi.
Regards,
Gabriel

I also have a set. So any sense of its value now?
