We received this beautiful numbered print and we are unable to find the author. Can you assist us?

Doesn't look very "Asian" to me. They look like European flappers. 1920s.

It would have been helpful to show the print in its entirety, along with closeups of any identifying marks, signatures, or printed content of any kind.

The Art Deco subjects do seem to be from the 1920s or 30s, yet the peacock motif of the scarf of the lady to the right looks Japanese, perhaps inspired by the art of the recent Meiji period.
