Subject:Help with older? chinese bracelet: ID and translation

I was wondering if I could get some help n some bracelets I picked up. This is the first. Ive done some basic internet research but dont have much experience with ID'ing Asian jewelry that wasnt made for export. Is it a bamboo wedding bracelet? Can anyone help on the age and a translation of the marks? I tested the metal (gently) with 18kt acid and got a nice bright line indicating silver. I'll post the other one in a separate post soon, but dont want to be a board hog lol.
